The Bankruptcy Petition of The New Jersey Housewives’ Stars Teresa and Giuseppe Giudice; Lesson Learned Never Fail to List Assets/Income

In any bankruptcy petition you must list assets, liabilities and income honestly or you could be subject to an objection to your bankruptcy case or worse be charged criminally. Teresa and Giuseppe Giudice each pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, one count of bankruptcy fraud by false declarations. Joe Giudice also pled guilty to one count of failure to file a tax return.

Lesson learned: You must always disclose everything you own and everything you owe and all the income you make.
