Eric R. Flaim, Esq.
Eric is committed to working closely with clients to understand their needs and to effectively advocate on their behalf when they are faced with challenging and complex legal issues. Eric is actively involved in the Firm’s litigation practice, handling matters involving Trusts & Estates, Personal Injury, and Commercial Litigation disputes in both the Chancery and Law Divisions.
Eric earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2022, where he was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. During law school, he gained valuable experience working with the Department of Homeland Security and the Better Business Bureau. Eric joined the Firm in 2021 as a law clerk and became an associate attorney in 2023.
Having been born and raised in North Jersey, Eric is proud to be a North Jersey attorney and is deeply committed to serving the legal needs of his community. His local insight and knowledge across various North Jersey communities help him best serve his clients and provide tailored legal solutions.
