Rebecca Schore is an attorney with a career spanning over two decades defending the rights of New Jersey consumers.  She brings a depth of expertise in complex consumer finance litigation.  She pioneered novel litigation strategies to eradicate predatory mortgage lending and prevent illegitimate foreclosure at the height of the sub-prime mortgage crisis.  Her published opinions include U.S. Bank v. Guillaume, 209 N.J. 449 (2012) (foreclosure plaintiff must comply with the Fair Foreclosure Act by identifying mortgage holder) and Wells Fargo v. Ford, 418 N.J. Super. 592 (App. Div. 2011) (foreclosure plaintiff must prove its right to foreclose pursuant to Article 3 of the Uniform Commercial Code).

Rebecca Schore is a graduate of Max Gardner’s Bankruptcy Bootcamp, Boston University School of Law, and the State University of New York at Albany.

Her proudest achievements are her two sons, one who holds a PhD in plant biology and the other who is a talented, working musician.
