Rahaf Alrehaili is an attorney admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and she is fluent in Arabic.
After graduating from law school, Rahaf began her legal career at a bankruptcy law firm, where she immediately confronted the realities of financial hardship and student debt. She dedicated her first year of practice to representing clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, as well as litigating student loan dischargeability matters in bankruptcy court. This early work gave her a strong foundation in navigating the complexities of bankruptcy law and helping individuals achieve a financial fresh start.
During her time at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Rahaf distinguished herself through extensive clinical and pro bono work. In 2022, she was one of only three students to receive the prestigious Julia Lamber Award for exceptional performance in the school’s clinical programs. She also earned a certificate from the Access to Justice Program, achieving the Crimson Tier Pro Bono Service Goal with more than 250 hours of service.
Today, Rahaf continues to apply her skills and dedication to clients in the Bankruptcy Courts of New Jersey and New York. She approaches each matter with empathy, diligence, and a strong commitment to justice, guiding clients through difficult financial circumstances with both professionalism and compassion.
