Randal C. Chiocca, P.J.Ch. (Ret.)
Judge Chiocca has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Judge Chiocca recently retired after serving as a Superior Court Judge in the Passaic and Essex Vicinages. Judge Chiocca served in the Law, Criminal and Chancery Divisions. Most recently he sat as Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Passaic County as well as Passaic County’s Probate Judge. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Chiocca practiced law for 28 years, with an emphasis on all types of commercial, business, real estate, and probate litigation.
Judge Chiocca’s practice will concentrate on the resolution of disputes through mediation and arbitration as alternatives to litigation, with an emphasis on the resolution of complex commercial/business and probate part matters. Judge Chiocca is also available to assist with the development of trial strategy and to serve as a special master.
