Varun

Varun’s journey to law was shaped by his early career in business management, where he gained firsthand insights into the practical challenges of running a successful business. Varun earned his bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in computer science from Stony Brook University. After spending five years working in management, sales, and marketing at Enterprise Holdings, he developed an interest in understanding the legal issues that affected businesses. This led him to pursue his law degree.

Varun attended Rutgers Law School, where he graduated in 2024. While at Rutgers, he served as the Business Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal, where his passion for business, technology and the law converged. His legal note on Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act was selected for publication in Volume 50.1 of the Journal.

During his third year of law school, Varun also joined the Education & Health Law Clinic at Rutgers. This experience was transformative, as it allowed him to do pro bono work for underprivileged clients, many of whom faced injustices and unfair treatment from their children’s school districts. His work there deepened his empathy and dedication to helping those in need and fueled his passion to advocate for his clients. Varun’s background in business management, coupled with his commitment to client advocacy, provides him with a distinctive approach to his work. Varun understands the intricacies of both business and legal challenges, and he uses this knowledge to guide his clients through complex cases with compassion and clarity.

Varun is conversational in both Hindi and Kannada. His diverse background allows him to connect with clients from all walks of life, understanding their challenges and working tirelessly to help them achieve the justice they deserve.
